“This is a truly enjoyable and fun event. We were the first of our group to arrive and had a warm welcome from Nicole. 3 other couples joined us and we got on so well. We all prepared different aspects of the food which was then cooked in the kitchen. That's when the rum punch was served and it has to be the best we've tasted. The food was served outside with spectatcular views out to sea. We had our starters, jerk chicken and coconut tarts and all were superb. Our compliments to the chefs! Adam joined us with some great stories and all in all I can say this…”

“We had the opportunity to prepare and cook a full meal (app, lunch, dessert) with Nicole during our recent visit to Antigua. The cooking class was very interactive and Nicole hosting in her house allowed for such an intimidate setting. Nicole provided printouts of the recipes allowing us to recreate and share the Antiguan flavor with our friends and family. Nicole, and her husband who assisted with the Rum tasting, were welcoming and very friendly. We will remember this amazing time and highly suggest anyone going to the island make it a priority to sign up for their cooking class.”
