The view is wonderful once you get to the top. Coming down is tricky because of the rocks and washed out areas. The oppressive heat and humidity doesn't help. He felt more like a friend showing us around than anything else. He rolled with the punches and would stop when we wanted to stop and check out the black pineapples or get an ice cream or stop at the local fruit stand.
